Job Description: 
What you will do?
 Assist the technical advisor with the advance general repair of cars fueled by petrol, diesel and hydrogen. Assist Technical Advisor in capturing data while creating the RSR- Repair Support Request, conducting Quality checks and perform QC & RT when required. In the Dealer Management System, create an electronic request for warranty approval (SAP) providing Toyota technicians and diagnostic technicians with on-the-job training. Using special service tools and general tool inventory appropriately. Reach the overall productivity goal that management has established. By completing diagnostics, general repairs, periodic maintenance, advance general repairs (AGR), and accessory fitting in accordance with repair manuals, you can meet your sales goals. 
Skills: 
Required skills to be successful Technical, mechanical, manual dexterity, and advanced computer skills. assumes responsibility for every facet of their job, operating independently and exhibiting good self-management. Proficiency in reading and interpreting intricate documents, including operation and maintenance manuals, safety regulations, repair guides, and wiring schematics. Ability to adhere to the quality control inspection procedure in order to prevent or rectify subpar workmanship. Proficiency in composing scientific reports on AGR cases following diagnosis. Excellent communication skills. 
About the Team: 
You will operate in a busy workshop setting under the supervision of the service manager, and you will regularly interact with the service advisor, controller, foreman, and other technicians. 
What equips you for the role?
Technical certification diploma, ITI (NCVT Certificate of Industrial Training Institute) or ITC. Must be a Toyota Certified Technician. Get certified as a Diagnostic Master Technician by the Automotive Academy after gaining five years of experience as a diagnostic technician—retail automotive experience preferred. Must have valid UAE driving license.
